I work across strategy, architecture, design, and delivery, turning big, ambiguous problems into things people use. My deepest expertise is in platforms, identity, and access. Currently at OpenLoop, previously at Dayforce.

🌱 How I got here

Started building websites in high school, grew that into a small web business, thrived in a fast-paced agency, helped scale mid-sized companies, then defined 0-to-1 products. Today I run platform and identity transformations across whole suites.

• 🚀 AI-native product development Build and ship products with AI, from ideation, customer discovery, and market and competitive research through hands-on development. Creating the harnesses, skills, tools, and infrastructure that bring agents and workflows together.
• 🏗️ Platform leadership Full-stack platform product leader with deep identity and access expertise, and a working command of eventing, workflows, messaging, document management, billing, reporting, data, and APIs.
• 🔐 AI and non-human identity Applying identity where there is no human: service accounts, API clients, workloads, and AI agents, with the authentication, authorization, governance, and auditability they need at enterprise scale.
• 🧭 Product architecture Connecting platform and application layers, advising product and engineering on domain boundaries, shared services, integrations, data flows, APIs, and UX, so architectural choices strengthen the product customers actually use.
• 🤝 Executive partnership Trusted advisor to the C-suite, SVPs, and VPs. Aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to drive GTM, steer complex enterprise implementations, and resolve high-stakes escalations.
• 🎧 Customer focus Continuous discovery with enterprise customers, from ride-alongs to beta feedback, turning what I learn into platform patterns that scale companywide.
• 🎨 Design foundation Years of hands-on product and UX design across web, mobile, and 0-to-1 products, so platform capability arrives as an experience people can use, not a spec.
