Excuses Expose Ignorance©

In order to understand you need to abandon relational-control. In the beginning there is a question, then an answer, then a decision. To be continually in power causes little to desire your attraction. That which willingly come our-way provide most satisfaction. Let it happen as it does, your vision is always most important, but an accumulation of experiences will solidify the whole package. Stay with what you want and respect who you are.

And then,

You (will) need a passion so to look-up on someone, to give them your energy, to be excited to share your knowledge. Contribution is one of the best feelings, so make sure you have something of value to share. The moments where; words flow, thoughts progress, and understanding comes full circle. These experiences prove indeed who you think of yourself to be.

I want us all to have real thoughts to grasp upon for perfection of the internal-self. Remember, excuses expose ignorance. So speak softly and begin to….

Lost in Limbo or stuck in Idle?

We need DENSITY to fuel progress.

Example: the core of the sun is so dense that a spoon full would fall through the earth. So fall through the earth. Not everyone can do this. “You must know thyself to know the right question to get the right answer. Spending time to know thyself will cause u to fall through the earth. L7

This has always been the path, with wisdom certainty has even greater assurance.

One may read books but the self taught master will always articulate societies colloquialisms best, in the spontaneous moment.

Feelings are not read from pages, they are discernment of unreserved occurrences.

Progress Made

A process exemplifies a standard. A temporary presentation showcases a deceptive persona. But importance is in arms with function.

Strength gains is all that matters in my respect. That what makes you ‘pumped-up’ is only temporary. At the later years in life, strength….

*Fuel the path of sustenance and not illusions.

Thus Excision is clear; Constant transitional phases of extremes. Becuase, we are not designed to exsist in excessives or desperation.

Progress made is the snake’s skin shed.

Trainer Impact Affect©; To deconstruct a premise so those may endure tests of impossible efforts.

What is it really? Gaining trust to guide one’s well-being. To understand some people just see the world differently, and knowing it is ok to let go of governing principals for focusing your body/mind/breath to move maximally. When it is maixmal effort it seems violent in a way. It should feel: Breath-taking Soul-moving Nerve-building Gut-wrenching Blood-pumping Bone-crushing.

So I ask, have you a clue to what work you will need to complete to affect change. How hard are you willing to work and how hard are you capable of working. (Looking the mirror, isn’t that motivation enough?)

I have not performed a single deadlift in over one year’s time, yet through my training methods I maintain a (405) lift for years now. This is a no warmup rep. Load the bar and lift. Sure I could practice daily and pull +500 but this would be unbalanced for my well-being.

Control Hormonal Rhythm© for that sensation of weightlessness so many are maintaining.
