"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."

My design approach is grounded in clarity, structure, and empathy. I start by understanding the problem, then map the flow of decisions and actions needed to solve it. I use design to reduce friction — not just make things look better.

As a product manager, design is one of the tools I use to move faster and think more clearly. I sketch flows to align teams, prototype to validate ideas early, and rely on visual thinking to simplify complex systems. It helps accelerate decisions, reduce ambiguity, and keep teams aligned on what we’re actually solving.

Over the years, I’ve developed a repeatable process that includes user flows, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and system-level UX thinking. I work closely with engineers to ensure what gets built is usable, scalable, and maintainable.

While I’m not a full-time developer, I bring strong technical instincts and years of hands-on web experience. That background lets me collaborate deeply with engineering teams and translate product intent into designs that work in the real world.
