It is like when you rediscover that thing you had in your home for so long that you forgot it was even there. Again, we do not need to learn our way, we need to understand the path that was given to us. Thinking about thinking, remembering things we already knew. You always knew it is good to drink water, eat your vegetables, get enough sleep, stretch your muscles, stand up tall, etc. It does not take metacognition to realize what you already know is healthful.
