The point here is tempo and tension. …When you can control muscles without-load & under-load equally.For this technique we are to put as much torque (valgus) into the joints/corners by contracting the muscles during all phases of the movements. And only to use sufficient load to achieve greatest range of motion, i.e. to activated total muscle-fiber hardness. The barbel is useful certainly, but a complex tool far beyond most’s understanding of body control and external travel paths within gravitational efficiency.

This topic is silly to virtually address beyond demonstration since one’s body is so uniquely aligned.

The essence is the vessels and marrow. The blood is the nourishment.
The qi is the energy/metabolism.
